New water fountain

I just bought the Eversweet Solo SE.  I was hoping for it to just show on my phone that the water was low.  I doesn’t ever recognize the fountain at all.  I have the carbon and the dry food dispenser.  They work great.  So, I thought to add this water fountain to my app.

No it doesn’t have my WF listed.  

I need the WF so I’m not going to return it.

Sorry, my English is not great so I won't understand, how to fill in is that? Already told me exactly what model of fountain you have, if it's the eversweet 3 pro, you unscrew the white round tray and remove the steel part where there is the filter and the pump and underneath you have the bowl with the minimum and maximum filling lines written on the internal walls of the bowl.

Jay, it all depends on the model you took, but yes the water will flow you trays then pass through the filter then flows into the steel part then comes back to the bottom where there is the pump

I don't have a smart phone, so your owners manual was useless!  I had retained my old one with the burned out motor, so I could gerryrig this new one together.  Is it possible to get a replacement motor?

Je suis content que ca marche pour vous Didier, mais j'ai eu de longues discussions avec support qui ont confirme la situation (et m'ont rembourse la fontaine). Je recois des centaines d'alertes par jour que le 'YumShare Dual-hopper with Camera' a detecte un chat, donc c'eat pas un probleme d'alertes avec l'application. La lumiere a change de couleur donc ce n'est pas un probleme de detection non plus. Je ne peux voir que la fontaine est vide qu'en cliquant la fontaine et reloadant l'application. Applications et firmware sont a jour. Android + iPad.

Benjamin je pense que tu doit avoir un soucis, perso j’ai l’eversweet pro 3 (uvc) et il est arrivé deux fois qu’il n’y ai plus d’eau et j’ai reçu une notification comme quoi je devais venir remplir au plus vite. Hésite pas à contacter le SAV par mail à [email protected] et ils vont voir avec toi pourquoi ça bug. 

Ou peut-être qu’il faut un "main device" comme un distributeur de croquettes ou des toilettes, il me semble qu’il y’a une histoire de connexion entre eux.

FALSE. They claim they do (Eversweet Pro) but they don't. Only if yo go into the app and refresh, which means they could push a fix if they wanted, but they don't. This defeats the purpose of having a "smart" water fountain.
