Mobile notifications for low water

The app currently has the ability to show the working status of the EVERSWEET 3 PRO water fountain, specifically when connected to WiFi through a base device such as the solo feeder. I would like to be able to receive a push notification when the fountain stops pumping water due to low water, similar to how the feeder can send a notification when food is low.

Also know that the new 'PETKIT EVERSWEET MAX (CORDLESS)' also still doesn't send notifications to the app when the water is low. Don't bother upgrading then troubleshooting then being told that the advertised feature "you will stay informed about the working status in case of water shortage" implies that you keep monitoring the status in the app. It still won't send you a notification.

So the new model still does not have this functionality even though its advertised as informing you of low water. That is incredible.

The fact that this company has not made any comments on this issue other than bogus and misleading claims, much less addressed the issue, tells you what kind of company this is.  Never buying a Petkit product again.

Today I noticed a notification on my phone from my Eversweet 3 Pro reminding me to replace the filter in time as it had just reached 0%. How can they implement that notification and not implement a low water notification.
