I use a Pura Max and Since yesterday the toilet times in the app doesnt show any more. The Pura Max itself knows and displays the toilet times but not the app.

I had this problem as I had the unit on carpet. I put cardboard under the litter box and now it is working properly.
If you use this box on carpet, it may not register usage at all. And as we know, no usage means no cleaning. Hope this helps

My app is not working at all. I get no notifications of my cat being in there, and I have to manually clean it. Why is this happening? It’s brand new within the last 2 months.

We just bought this letter box. It doesn’t show that my cat has been in there at all. It doesn’t automatically clean. We have to manually turn it on to clean. It defeats the purpose of why we bought it. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

My unit is not registering at all when my cat uses the bathroom. It keeps saying zero and now it is not registering how much litter is in the unit.

Mine consistently reports wrong times. My cat entered the chamber, sniffed around, and exited (<30 seconds). The app shows he was in there for 1 min 19 seconds haha

This is happening to me as well. Started on the 15th January. No notifications on my app at all now. worked one day and then not the next.
