Hi guys, since 1 week i get a message on the PETKIT app saying that the deodorizer is not installed, which is impossible since i did not remove anything from the litter. The level of the liquid is ok, and also the nozzle seems to be free from obstructions. Any ideas on how to solve the issue? Thanks in advance.
