Lock device for a user

We got 3 pets in household and their collars are getting all mixed up as we setting them up - is there a way to allow one user per device? 

The pets are also then disconnecting from original owners :(

Perhaps leave family share for further sharing 

I'm also concerned that if my cat wonders off some stranger can connect to her tracker
