Hello, My Petkit Puramax Litter Box display is not working. Prior to stopping completely it had vertical lines on it.

I have the same problem. I was setting up a new one and the display does not turn on and briefly there are vertical lines. I've checked the socket, it's fine. The first Petmax litter box is fine.
