It says that I need to replace the batteries for the PuraMax due to the Sealing Cover Error, but I don't see a place to insert battery? Has any one found a solution to this issue?

when both sealing cover error and low battery for the spray appears, and you tap on the message, it only pop dialog for the low battery details
