Can anyone please help me teach one of my cats to turn around and use the PuraX correctly?? She enters and just starts going, she does not turn around and stick her head out! I know there's a fence Petkit sells for the PuraMax, but I'm pretty sure they don't have one for my machine! Any tips or tricks would be much appreciated!!

I’m sorry to hear you’re having issues aswell. I found another company that made a “fence” for the puramax which adds height to the main entrance. I also leave the circle side hatch thing open so there are two entrances into the unit. Both strategies seem to encourage my cat to go all the way in and have reduced the amount of mishaps we have.

I know it’s super frustrating given the cost, but I feel the unit is working as intended… it’s my cat who doesn’t know how to use it properly (and unfortunately she’s not into logic and reason).

I understand! It's so frustrating and they really don't care if they solve our problem or not! I will NOT be buying from them again, for sure!

For a 1,000 dollar litter box, why hasn’t this company put out a higher lip attachment? My cat is peeing out the front too. Not turning around. It’s so frustrating. I’ve called and they don’t have any answers or even suggestions. Seems like this is a real issue. It’s annoying to have to put down puppy training pads in front of my thousand dollar little box. Maybe if we all band together they will listen! #makeitwork

Unfortunately this company was of no use, and I don't have any suggestions other than pushing your cat in once they enter. I wish there was a better solution.

One of my cats does the same, he goes in then just toilets with his rear sticking out.

What I've had to do is monitor when he goes in then just push him fully in so he's forced to turn around. Use some puppy pads just outside for times where you can't always be around to correct her, she'll hopefully get the hang of it eventually.
