We suggest that:
1. Confirm that the current firmware version of the device is the latest version.
2. Pull out the waste box to confirm whether the equipment works properly.
Yes: Check the waste box to confirm whether there is accumulation, and make sure the trash bag is flat and don't tilt up.
No: Wipe the two sets of anti-pinch sensors at the bottom of the device.
3. Restart the device by powering off or double-click the OK button to reset.
4. If it still doesn't work, press "Clean up" on the display, provide us a complete video and SN code.SN code is in the attachment.
