How to place the feeder?


The feeder must be in a steady state or stable ground to function properly. Make sure nothing else is placed on lid. The feeder should not lean against a corner or other object.  
Do not put your hand on top of the feeder when pressing the feed button. The feeder should be in an open space and free from any foreign matter between the main body of the feeder and the base. 
Do not put anything under the stainless steel bowl,
And if there is too much food in the bowl, it will affect the food dispensing.
