The PETKIT Smart Drinking Fountain is not working. What should I do？
Please check the power cord and try another plug, if it doesn't work. We suggest you take apart the pump and clean out the debris inside. Then wiped it with a paper towel and reassembled the parts again. Once the impeller can work smoothly without stuck by any debris, the pump can get back to normal. Please turn the impeller. There is a video attached. If no help, please check whether the connecting prongs of pump has broken from corrosion.
