What should I do if my cat litter box keeps rotating?
Please check if the bag in the box is well covered and if the red strip is pressed tightly.
Confirm if there is a pile of feces in the box, if so, you need to clean it and make sure to clean regularly.
Check the position of the inner barrel once the device has rotated 360 degrees to make sure it is in correct position. If the position is correct, it indicates that the performance is the expected result.
The reason this may happen is that the excrement may block the anti-pinch sensor during the cleaning process when the opening of the inner bucket is facing downward. It is necessary to pull out the box to clean the accumulated excrement blocks in time. At the same time, wipe the two sets of anti-pinch sensors.
If the above solutions does not help, please take photos of all the anti-pinch sensors and record a complete cleaning cycle showing the issue happening ( you need to take out the square box and record).
