My PETKIT Smart PET Feeder does not dispense food on the scheduled feeding plan. What should I do?
1. Switch device to battery mode and see if the issue gets resolved
2. If YES, this means the power adapter is faulty and needs to be replaced. Contact PETKIT Help Center to request for a replacement if your product is still under warranty.
3. If NOT, your unit will be replaced if it is still under warranty. Contact PETKIT Help Center for further assistance.
