Smart Pet Feeder Out of food warning

My Smart Pet Feeder is constantly saying it's out of food and keeps beeping but there is food in the container, why is that?

Please follow the steps below in order to get rid of that warning and beeping sound.

1. Empty food storage canister

2. Manually clean the detecting sensors (at the dispensing gate)

3. Try with manual food dispensing and see if the issue resolved

4. If problem persist, the sensors may be defective and may need to be replaced

5. Contact PETKIT Help Center for further assistance
