If your Smart Pet Feeder is giving you the error "Food jammed and could not dispense, contact service center", but there is jammed food and food is dispensed accordingly, a remote calibration may be required to resolve the issue.
Please follow these steps before we can do a remote calibration:
1. Please empty the bowl completely
2. Turn off Feeding Plan schedule
3. Once done, please contact PETKIT Help Center at support@petkit.com and we will do a remote calibration to fix this issue
