Pura Max: Cat inside but it's not

When your Purax Max keeps saying there is a cat inside when clearly there is not, kindly follow the steps below to resolve this issue.

1. Please make sure you have updated the App to the latest version.

2. Pull out the waste bin and check if there is still error. 

3. If the error is no gone, please check the waste bin and make sure the waste bag is lower than the orange rubber

4. If it still intermittently detects a cat in the litter box, please wipe the two sensors which detect the waste amount and 4 anti-pinch sensors on the bottom of this device. 

5. if problem persists, please unplug the power adapter from the device for 15 seconds, and plug in again, then double click the OK button

6. if there is still error on the App, please control the APP to CLEAN automatically once and record a video, which MUST include how / where you've setup the Pura Max 

7. Get the Serial Number of the deiand exact time of the problem occurrence, if possible

8. Send all the information to PETKIT Help Center at Support@PETKIT.com and we will investigate and resolve the issue immediately
