PETKIT SOLO fails to connect Wi-Fi

If your PETKIT SOLO fails to connect to the Wi-Fi with led light constantly on, please follow the steps below to resolve this issue.


1. Unplug the power adapter and let the device run on battery mode

2. If issue is resolved,  please replace power adapter. If device is still under warranty, please contact PETKIT Help Center at Support@PETKIT.com and provide the device Serial Number, your invoice number and the store where you bought it. If the device is still under warranty, we will send you a replacement for the power adapter.

3. If issue is resolved after letting the device run on battery mode, the device may need to be replaced. Please contact PETKIT Help Center at Support@PETKIT.com and provide the device Serial Number, your invoice number and the store where you bought it. If the device is still under warranty, we will send you a replacement for the power adapter.
