1. Confirm that the current firmware version of the device is the latest version


2. Confirm whether the device is placed on a hard ground. Nothing should be placed 5cm next to it.


3. restart the device by cutting off the power or double-clicking the OK button to restore it


4. If it still doesn’t work, clean the cat litter once,  provide a complete video recording (and the specific time of recording the video), and give feedback to the us.
