Hi I’m Jay

I have a little 18 pound shihpoo and two cats.

I was wondering how can I get the remote connection feature on my eversweet water dish to work without having to buy either a food dish or one of the cat litter boxes?

Hi Jay,

A main device which connects to your wifi is required for you to be able to remote connect to your Eversweet.

Your device connects to Eversweet via Bluetooth only. If you have PETKIT Element or a cat litter box like Pura X or Pura Max (these devices connects to your wifi), your PEKIT Element will automatically connect to these devices and you'll be able to remote connect to it.

Hi Bernetta, you can still connect to it via Bluetooth.

Mine only connect to Bluetooth. i have the PETKIT puts Max and the PETKIT Eversweet Max. But the remote doesn’t work. I reinstall all products update the app update the products but it doesn’t work. It only says Bluetooth connected. But when I want to open the automatically water recording it says it must remote controlled by the main unit.

No consigo establecer la conexión remota entre Petkit Pura Max y el Petkit Eversweet 3 pro. Aparece un aviso Load Failed/Click Retray, pero no puedo establecer dicha conexión. ¿Podéis ayudarme? Mucha gracias

just got an eversweet max and remote connection is not working. I have the cat litter less than 2 meters away and the app even shows that it is compatible with the remote connection. How can I make the connection happen? everything is up to date, app and version of both devices.
