Hi I’m Jay

I have a little 18 pound shihpoo and two cats.

I was wondering how can I get the remote connection feature on my eversweet water dish to work without having to buy either a food dish or one of the cat litter boxes?

Hi Bernetta, you can still connect to it via Bluetooth.

So you’re saying that if I only have the smart water bowl I can’t connect it to the app for notifications?

Hi Renan

Thanks for responding to my message and taking time to explain it that I could understand it. Because sometimes it’s hard for me to understand things because of my learning problems.

                                          Thanks

Hi Jay,

A main device which connects to your wifi is required for you to be able to remote connect to your Eversweet.

Your device connects to Eversweet via Bluetooth only. If you have PETKIT Element or a cat litter box like Pura X or Pura Max (these devices connects to your wifi), your PEKIT Element will automatically connect to these devices and you'll be able to remote connect to it.

HTH,

Renan
