Unable to add the device to the app

Hi, 


I have a Petkit Pura max litter box which I bought recently and everything was working fine until I re-installed the app on my phone, the app does not show the device added anymore and now I'm unable to add the device to the app because the child lock is ON on the device. Is there a way to reset the device. please advice, I'm not sure what to do next :)

Good luck, keep trying - my water fountain could eventually be re-added to my app after many, many attempts over the course of a week on both my iPad and phone. It finally said it succeeded once although had to restart the app entirely for the fountain to appear. The whole thing is a mess.
