The blue light is flashing even if the water is full. My cat can't drink

PetKit Solo 2 fountain. Just over 60 days use and now blue light flashing low water alert although full. I've cleaned pump and replaced filters. It would be great if there were a hardware reset button on the base somewhere. Leaving unplugged hasn't worked.

I have the same problem.
the water level is correct and the blue light is flashing for about 10 sec. This repeats itself from time to time. What could be the reason?
