Pura Max won't turn on anymore. I checked power outlet and replugged the power cable but it is still not working.

Mine was still under warranty, so they sent me a base replacement. It has a year warranty.

Mine, too. I thought there was a short in the power cord so I got a replacement. Still won't turn on.

I had the same issue last night, but after being turned off for 20 hours I plugged it back in and it operates again. The only remaining issue is the LED display remains blank regardless of the settings available in the app.

My PuraMax has just done the same too. Screen display indicator off and whole system not working. Really upset!

Mine has just done the same. Only had it about seven months. Tried multiple power outlets and nothing. Extremely frustrating for the cost.
