-PuraMax doesn't level the litter after it does it's 2nd to last rotating steps in an attemt to move the litter farther back to meet the "Max" line and lttering.
-It obvioulsy tries to level the litter by having this step, however, the litter just doesn't move at all because it's not at an enough of a steep angle for gravity to do its work on the litter.
The Fix:
Give us an option to to add extra rotating angles that we can manually choose from.
-We can choose to add an extra 5 degrees of backwards rotation and then observe it as it cleans then edit an modify the extra angle we need to get it perfectly level everytime.

Great idea, I have the same problem with my litter, the last step just doesn’t give it enough of a push. A fine adjusting option would be great

Hello , I just baught a Petkit pura X and it says that the device has a problem. I’m in Guatemala City and can’t send it back because Ups charges me like $1,000 dollars . Will you help me please
