I have recently bought a second-hand Pura Max Litter Box. Unfortunately, it stopped working, the unit is totally dead. I have emailed Petkit - they have gone quiet. Does anyone know how or where I can have it repaired? Even second-hand it was still quite pricy to buy and it is a shame to just throw it away.
