Does anyone else have the first gen element mini and can't connect to the app anymore? It doesn't even recognize my device. I'm so frustrated.

We have 3 x element 1st gen. All gone offline and will not reconnect. We also have a 3rd gen but no problems with that. Has the support for the 1st gen finished???
