I purchased the feeder two months ago. It is currently displaying a 'System Error' message and the scheduled feeding plan has stopped working unexpectedly. However, the manual extra feeding and call pet functions are still operational. I have attempted to reset and unplug the feeder, but it remains non-functional. Could someone please advise me on what steps to take next?
Just return it. The food doesn't dispense as scheduled. After food starts to come out, if the cat starts eating, food stops coming out. So if you feed your. cat 2-3 times a day 20g each, it might get 15g FOR THE WHOLE DAY instead of the 60g. And the app will tell you all 60g was given and eaten. It is crazy! There's a reddit thread about it and someone's kittens weren't gaining weight properly. My cat lost three pounds before I noticed that was the problem.
