Hello, I have a new Eversweet 3 Pro. It worked briefly a few weeks ago. (I then unplugged it when my cat didn't respond to it.) However, when I tried it again, it doesn't run and the blue light blinks although the tank has plenty of water. I've tried plugging and unplugging it, adding more water, all with the same result. Please advise. Thank you.
