I bought this item about 3 weeks ago and it started flashing a green light two days ago. I understand that the green light come on to tell you when to change the filter but this is only meant to happen after 60days. So what’s the problem?
When I purchased this fountain, the motor didn’t stay connected to the rubber part when it was be pulled by gravity. I had to improvise with a rubber band which just isn’t good enough.
