Hello, My Petkit Puramax Litter Box display is not working. The screen is blackout, no display shown.

Contact Petkit customer support. They were very helpful. They recognized I had already thoroughly conducted troubleshooting, requested I provide a video showing me plug in the power adapter, the sound of the typical subsequent beep, and the led screen not displaying properly. I was also asked for the serial number and Amazon.com order number (I didn’t directly buy from PetKit).
They sent that info to their Tech Team and the next day I was informed that a new replacement would be sent to my address on record and also provided a short video on how to install it myself. I couldn’t download the video via my phone.

Same here. All buttons and the mobile functions work, but the led screen remains blank regardless of the settings available in the app.
