I’ve emailed custom service so many times about the disconnection of this machine and am getting no where . It keeps getting accused that it’s my WiFi but my WiFi is working fine on everything else .i have other devices (cameras , fountains , phones, computers ) all on this WiFi and have never had an issue . I’ve done what the agent  said and reset everything I’ve followed all instructions, except for opening my hotspot as WiFi  (due to me having to pay for hotspot) . And it just keeps disconnecting. I’ve removed the device and added it back , I have no more ideas on what it could be other than the machine itself and warranty isn’t being applied . It takes more than 24 hours sometimes to even hear back from anyone and I get told “the device is online “ well yes it is onlinecause I had to manually add it again after it disconnected . Amazon where I bought it from couldn’t even really help just told me keep trying . I have no clue what to do . I really love the concept of the machine and how I can watch one of my cats specifically eat due to his health issues but all this headache and I haven’t had it for two weeks . If customer service can offer me more than a “reset my router” or “send proof of it disconnected so our specialist can evaluate it” it be a great help . If anyone can help it would be really great at this point
