Hello, we have a problem with a pura Max purchased in January 2024. Since yesterday, nothing has been lighting up. The power supply of the device is down. We have plugged/unplugged, long pressed each button. But nothing lights up anymore. The power supply is HS.

I am having the same problem and hopefully looking for a solution. I hope there is a reset button somewhere.
