Incorrect report from Eversweet Max

Would like to report two issues found.

1. It is about 10:15 am now but Eversweet report pet approach the water fountain and drink water on 2:39pm. This is incorrect reporting on future event. 
2. My setup is running on battery mode and not plug in. After ran for 2.5 weeks it report battery is about 45% (my setting is water run for 25sec for every 20mins). Despite it reported with 45% remains on the battery, it drop down to zero within half a day and machine shut down itself.
