I bought the Petkit Yumshare Camera Dual Chamber Smart Food Bowl. It pairs with wifi to use it via the app, but then gives an error saying "there is no serial number". There is no problem with my network, I connected the cat litter box I bought from you with the same SSID and I can manage it from the app. What do we need to do?
