My petkit puramax starts the cleaning / scooping process but stops at the half of the process. It detects a using of the puramax by a cat but there is no cat

Same here. Initially the adapter sparked so I bought a new one. It turns on and seems fine but when I tried to clean it, it resets after 1 second of turning.

I have the same problem, every time it happens, I turn it off and perform manual cleaning.
