Food dispenser issue

Hello,

My food dispenser was working well until now.
Now the application says the food dispenser is offline ; 

• I've tried to reset my router ;
• I've turned off & on my wifi
• I've tried resetting the food dispenser
• I've tried to resetup the wifi with the small red button (the white light isn't flashing at all)

I don't know what to do.
Any ideas ?
