I have the product for like 4 month now, i am statisfied with the product, but sometimes it dispense multiple amount of food, without registering it in the app.
The plan set to 5 times half a cup distributed during the day, sometimes it dispense a full cap or one and a half cup.
I checked the mechanism it seems fine, the rotor too. The buttons on the side stays untouched. So it is not manually requested, nor through the app extra feeding feature. The pebble is the maximum size that is allowed.
