Low flow in Petkit Ever Sweet 3

Hi, my new water fountain doesn’t have enough pressure for a constant flow, regardless of the amount of water. 

All the pieces are put together correctly. There is enough water, and it‘s connected to the outlet. 

I can hear the pump working, and I can see some water coming up, but it‘s never enough to actually overflow up into the drinking bowl. 

What can I do to fix this?
