I'm having problems when the waste is full, and, after changing the bag, still says it's full. Normally, I push the sand-leveler button, and afer moving the sand, it detects the bag isn't full and everything is solved (sometimes it's frustrating because you want to clean it and refill new sand and you have to wait, but it's a minor problem).
But sometimes, like today, the app keeps telling that the waste is full. I ve cleaned all the piecer around and over the waste, reseted... And, since 1 hour, it hasnt detected that the bag is empty. Can you help me plz?

Please check whether has object or clumping cat litter on the waste bin cover. If has please clean it.
If nothing on it, but device still has the error message. Please try to record a video( keep device online)
You need to remove the waste bin, open the top cover, remove the cylinder, and reinstall the top cover; after pressing the cleaning button on the device.
You can start record video, Video should including:
1. Whether the waste bin cover can be opened,
2. Whether the waste bin cover opening position is appropriate (whether it is fully opened)
3. Whether the gear can rotate (the small gear on the upper right side of the base near the waste bin) to indicate whether the cylinder can rotate normally
4.Whether the screws on the waste bin cover are normal (some may be loose and affect it)
5. whether still has the error display on the LED screen
